Returns & Refunds Policy

At RaveReady NZ, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's a problem, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us at ravereadynz@gmail.com before returning any item. We'll provide return instructions once your request has been approved.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at ravereadynz@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and put it right.

Where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will repair, replace or refund products that do not meet the guarantees provided under New Zealand consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or used EZ Test harm reduction reagent kits.

Opened personal care products.

Custom or personalised products.

Gift cards.

Unopened and unused EZ Test kits may be returned within our 30-day Change of Mind policy, provided they remain factory sealed and meet the return conditions above.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item (where applicable) and place a new order.

Harm Reduction Test Kit Disclaimer

RaveReady NZ supplies EZ Test reagent kits as a harm reduction tool only.

These products are designed to assist with identifying the possible presence of certain substances. They do not guarantee the identity, purity, strength, safety or suitability of any substance and should never be relied upon as proof that a substance is safe to consume.

Reagent testing has limitations. Some substances may not react as expected, and no reagent test can detect every substance, contaminant or adulterant.

Customers are responsible for reading and following all manufacturer instructions supplied with the product.

By purchasing and using these products, you acknowledge that the use of reagent tests is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, RaveReady NZ accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage or adverse outcome resulting from the use of, misuse of, or reliance on the results of these products.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at ravereadynz@gmail.com.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
