3. Harm Reduction Products
RaveReady NZ supplies EZ Test reagent kits as a harm reduction tool only.
These products are designed to assist with identifying the possible presence of certain substances. They cannot guarantee the identity, purity, strength, safety or suitability of any substance.
Reagent testing has limitations and cannot detect every substance, contaminant or adulterant.
Customers are responsible for carefully reading and following all manufacturer instructions.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as encouraging, promoting or endorsing illegal drug use.
By purchasing and using these products, you acknowledge that you use them entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, RaveReady NZ accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage or adverse outcome resulting from the use of, misuse of, or reliance upon the results obtained from reagent testing.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other legislation that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Your order is accepted only once payment has been received and we confirm your order.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel or refund any order where necessary, including where:
Products are unavailable.
Pricing errors have occurred.
Fraud is suspected.
We are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be provided.
5. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
RaveReady NZ is not currently registered for GST, therefore GST is not charged on purchases.
Prices may change without notice.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
7. Shipping
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather events, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered to the shipping address supplied.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing within these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
